An undeniably important factor when it comes to whether or not employees decide to stick around is how comfortable of a workspace you’re providing for them. In order for people to feel as though they’ve got a future with your company, you need to provide two things. First of all, you need to make sure that you have training opportunities in place, allowing your employees the chance to gain further skills, experience, and qualifications. Next, you need higher roles for them to work into, meaning that they have an incentive to stick around after their training has finished.
