Mario Sunshine Nintendo Player's Guide | Print Advertisement 

As an in-house designer, I was often called upon to design print advertisements for Nintendo Player's Guides with no or minimal initial creative direction. These opportunities allowed me the chance to contribute everything from the ad's concept to the selection of its artwork. Often, as in this case, Adobe Photoshop was used to place character artwork on a background, and add shadows, glows, blurs and other elements that can add or help focus interest.
