Crunk Alms Does It Again

This is a Digi Pak I designed for my brother's first album. The album (and the whole Crunk Alms project) is supposed to be a satire of young, white, thug life. All the tracks are these really grandiose, multi-instrumental, pop songs drowned in self-agrandizing lyrics. We wanted the artwork to reflect that extravagance, so we shot a bunch of photos of my brother flexing in different poses, threw in a couple blending layers of gradiation and watercolor, adding some paint splatters and we had it. It actually was a lot more work than that but you get my point. This was a lot of fun to make. The album is great too. No lie.
