The challenge of this project was to develop a new line of Italian gift basket for Holt Renfrew. After brainstorming and research, Vasto & Vilia was chosen as the name. It is targeted towards a high-end market place.
The formal elements of the packaging, although simple, were chosen carefully. Adobe Garamond Pro was chosen as the basis for Vasto & Vilia word mark. It is also used as the primary font for the label because of its readability even on a small size. Careful consideration was also given to the colors scheme. Creamy and mustard yellow colors were chosen to give a sense of elegant richness The design was applied to the entire range and clearly supports Vasto & Vilia’s brand positioning.
