Dartsmate Pro 

Keyglory is a market leading provider of scoring equipment across Europe and America for the darts and bingo markets. Following the success of its Dartsmate brand, Keyglory decided to expand its range and develop a scorer with additional gaming features to be used by professionals.

Method

HJC Design’s approach concentrated on fully understanding the user interface and working environment for the Dartsmate-Pro. Ergonomic research provided the optimum button size and location for all game variants. The challenge was to design a product that was adaptable so that it could accept future gaming styles without compromising the overall aesthetics of the unit. The result was to mask the product’s functionality behind a translucent display. This system provides a clean outer form and enhances the performance of the displays.

Solution

The solution is a sleek user friendly scorer constructed from a combination of impact resistant Polycarbonate and ABS. Contoured silicon keypads and a concealed wall bracket compliment the design.
