I'm approaching my weight problem by making it a creative project. It's working, I'm down 100 pounds in just 5 months. I have about 5 months to finish the project (be down 200 pounds) - edit my film, finish the book, don't make my employer angry (they have there own approach to weight loss) AND get my film into SXSW.
