We're seeking a well-rounded and creatively-energized Flash Developer for a 3 month (plus) contract position in Redmond. As part of an award-winning team that creates solutions for top advertisers globally, you'll work with designers and engineers to create interactive user experiences and data driven applications. You'll revel in the fast-paced environment and apply your well-honed skills to a variety of projects (including collaboration and idea-generation with teams in Europe and Asia). WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Working with designers and engineers to create highly interactive user experiences and data driven applications
* Implementing application development methodologies (OOP & design patterns, control development, etc.)
* Working with broader engineering teams to develop requirements

SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
* Advanced knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 3.0
* 4+ years of software development experience
* Experience developing and testing across multiple browsers, platforms, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work
* Strong attention to detail
* Passion for new technologies
* Ability to build quick prototypes for new ideas & concepts
* Familiarity with Flex a plus
* Solid experience in C#, Java, or other OOP language a plus
* Working knowledge of Silverlight or WPF and experience with agile methods like TDD, Scrum and XP a plus
* User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and graphic design experience
