Job Description:

Georgetown public affairs shop is looking for a full-time, in-house, interactive/web designer to join our team. Responsibilities will include designing and developing a wide variety of online campaigns, applications and portals for some of the largest associations in the country.

We're a small shop, so you'll have the chance to work with everyone from the CEO down, with a real opportunity to learn and make a mark on the business all while helping to push our clients to the next level.

This is a full-time position with all the usual benefits: paid vacation, health and dental, 401K, etc.

Requirements:
* Extremely proficient in Photoshop
* Comprehensive knowledge of front-end functionality (HTML/CSS/JS)
* Experience translating wireframes, site maps, and functional specifications into a working designs and websites
* Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, delivering top-notch output on time.

Pluses
* Experience working with javascript frameworks
* Exposure to Java
* Experience with source control (cvs, svn, etc..)
* Some experience in print design, we produce the occasional poster/brochure
