Job Description:

Coolbirth is a boutique creative agency located in DUMBO Brooklyn with expertise in branding, communications design and advertising. Since 2001, we have been creating print, interactive and broadcast media for lifestyle brands and entertainment properties.

We are looking for talented and versatile Flash Guru. The position is freelance but can easily parlay into full-time. We offer creative work in a gifted environment for top brands.

Ideal candidates are people with exuberance for all things multimedia, at least 2 - 5 years experience, and a love of working in various disciplines. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, able to successfully manage and meet deadlines.

Skills Required:
- Proficient in Flash Action Scripting 2.0, 3.0
- Animation skills (timeline based & action script based)
- Experience with dynamic flash websites integrated with a CMS

Skills Preferred (but not mandatory):
- contemporary design sensibility (color, form, typography & layout)
- Proficient in HTML and strong Web design experience
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of XHTML and CSS (web standards)
- experience with MySQL, PHP
