If you are ready to make a change then we want to meet you! We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to design, code and implement site redesigns and interactive banners from concept to implementation using Flash, HTML and CSS for one of our top clients in Northern Virginia.

To qualify for this position, you MUST HAVE the following skills and experience:

~ 3-6 years experience with web and/or interactive design
~ Advanced understanding of HTML & CSS
~ Minimum of basic-level abilities in ActionScript 1.0 – 3.0; intermediate or advanced-level preferred
~ Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash & Dreamweaver
~ Basic to intermediate understanding of JavaScript and ColdFusion
~ Must have a good eye for typography and design
~ Ability to execute projects accurately and quickly
~ Solid team player; must be self-motivated and punctual
~ Must be responsible, detail-oriented and have strong quality assurance skills
~ Strong ability to work effectively under pressure
~ Excellent communication skills and ability to excel in an entrepreneurial environment
