NO!SPEC

The NO!SPEC campaign serves as a vehicle to unite those who support the notion that spec work - including RFPs and "contests" requiring creatives to produce new work (and give up many rights in the process) - devalues the potential of design and ultimately does a disservice to the client.

I think every person beginning in the creative arts should be sat down and forced to read NO!SPEC. Great post.
