In timely fashion, Banksy has shared new street art depicting Olympic athletes for London 2012. From a distance, these examples of street graffiti look to be symbolic and in support of the games. But, after noticing the missile shaped javelin in the art below, the viewer realizes there is a hidden message or intent from the mysterious street artist, Bansky.
On his site, the location is omitted for these latest works, probably to protect them awhile longer from government takedown or vandalism.
