Henryk Tomaszewski, the famous Polish poster designer, continued to make posters during WW2 and the German occupation of Poland. During this time, while materials were very scarce, Henryk continued to create with just paper, scissors and some ink. He created his signature style from this period and continued to make his epic theatre posters until his death in 2005.
I am reminded warmly of Henryk's soul, everytime Adobe and Mac release some redesign of a product or software.
All right, I kinda slept on this one.
